Overview

Load securement requirements are found in Section 111 of the Highway Traffic Act and in Ontario Regulation 363/04. This regulation has adopted National Safety Code Standard 10 (NSC-10), Cargo Securement, as the standard for securing loads in Ontario.

How is this program taught?

This program is taught using an interactive discussion method. This means that all participants will be involved in discussing the content throughout the duration of the program. This method ensures that all participants receive and understand the information.

The certificate does not expire, so you only need to take this once.
