Through education and experience, our team is well-versed in the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Employment Standards Act (ESA) and Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
