Supervisor & Leadership Mentoring

Our experience in the safety and human resources world has brought to light some gaps and areas that are often overlooked when hiring or promoting an individual into a supervisory or leadership role.

Our program is for you and your company if you can say yes to any of the following:

  • Wanting to continue to invest in the growth and development of current and effective supervisors and leaders you want to retain
  • Needing proper and progressive training to support building strong and effective supervisors and leaders
  • Promoting an individual who is a great worker at their job but finds it challenging to perform their supervisory role
  • Not providing any specific supervisory or leadership training that supported the individual enough to be competent within their role
  • Having a current supervisor or leader who has been in their role for a period of time and whom you feel would benefit and/or need a refresher to be brought up to date with current times
  • An individual on your team who checks a lot of the qualities that you would like to see in a supervisor or leader, but they do not have the proper training
  • Having supervisors and leaders who are asking for training or are often saying “ I haven’t been trained on that”

We have developed a program which constantly evolves and expands in order to keep up with our fast-paced and demanding work environments.
